Concrete Foundations and Floors to Barn Conversion
This project consisted of breaking out the old concrete floors in the barn and stoning up the entire area with type 1 limestone. We then dug and shuttered up the footings a section at a time lining the internal walls with polystyrene sheets. Once all the foundations had been concreted we then laid concrete over the entire floor area to a depth of 150mm with a single layer of A393 mesh 40mm below the surface.
